PromWorks
is a part of the Reunions Unlimited
family of companies, which also includes ReunionWorks.
PromWorks staff brings to the table more than 50 years of combined reunion and special events experience. Within the realm of their experience, they have produced more than 6,000 local, national and international, reunions, conferences and special events, ranging in size between 3 and 6,000 persons.
The staff of PromWorks is available to provide advice and support you need to have the perfect prom. PromWorks is always working behind the scenes with your prom committee and school representatives, to secure the venues, catering, themed decorations, music and photography services that will make your prom a night to feel special, a night to have fun and a night to remember for all in attendance.
To make this experience as easy and hassle free as possible, PromWorks provides online prom ticket sales. Both boys and girls can use the secure website ordering services to obtain prom clothing discounts and to schedule clothing fitting online. Additionally, corsages, boutonnires and bouquets can be ordered from your local florists on line. Likewise, you can schedule a limousine rental and your prom photos online. All services can be paid for conveniently and safely from home by using a VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card.

The Executive Team
PromWorks CEO, Bill Gunkel
is one of the founders of the reunion planning industry with over 22
years experience and is a leader in the reunion planning industry. He
started Reunions Unlimited in Denver, Colorado, in 1985 and the
company has grown to the second largest reunion planner in the
country. He also became the industry leader for producing reunions
for American high schools for military children overseas. Bill
has been involved in numerous fundraising efforts for not-for-profit
organizations from high school, fraternal and college levels and has
produced events from 50 to 2,000 people in attendance.
PromWorks CTO, Paul Coughlin
is a seasoned high-level technology executive. Paul‘s
positions have included: CIO of Louisiana-based Bollinger Shipyards (www.bollingershipyards.com) – During his
tenure Bollinger won Oracle’s “Millennium
Implementation” award for 1999-2000. See Oracle’s

CIO/CTO of Transformyx, an internet focused company who developed a
proprietary CMS package and hosted 1,000+ business customers.
Paul has worked in the development of internet/network/thin client
applications for 10 years.
